We are a small local team, not a call centre. Whoever answers your message is the same person who will hand you the keys. WhatsApp is fastest — most messages are answered within the hour during opening times.
Opening hours
08:00 – 18:00, seven days a week, including public holidays. Outside those hours, send a WhatsApp message anyway — we read them first thing. If your flight lands late or leaves early, tell us when you book and we will arrange the hand-over around it at no extra charge.
Where we meet you
We are based at Seychelles International Airport, Pointe Larue, Mahé. There is no counter to queue at: we meet you in the arrivals hall with your name on a sign, walk you to the car, and you drive away. Hand-over is free at the airport and at the Cat Cocos ferry terminal in Victoria, and available at any hotel on Mahé.

Quote your booking reference — it starts with SCH- and is on your confirmation. Changes to dates, times or pick-up point are free whenever we can accommodate them, and cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pick-up. See the rental terms for the detail.
